Frequently Asked Questions

How can I gain access to the E.V.A. platform?

Access to the compliance file monitoring platform is provided through a monitoring contract. To learn more and discuss the contract that best suits your needs, click here.

What exactly is this module used for?

This module allows you to verify, classify, and track the compliance records of your devices. Once your records have been saved, you can view their status in detail, by product range or supplier, and anticipate regulatory changes thanks to an alert system.

What types of files can be tracked?

You can monitor all types of regulatory files, including:

  • Test reports (IEC, EN, UL, etc.)
  • Certificates (CB, BSMI, KC, others)
  • Declarations of conformity
  • Supplier declarations

Can I set up my own alerts?

We can send one monthly email alert with a summary of the most urgent cases. It is not yet possible to set up personalized alerts, but we can set document expiration dates to ensure that files are always up to date (for example, < 2 years).

Can several employees work on the same files?

Absolutely, each file can be assigned to one or more members of your team. Everyone receives reminders and can see the status of the follow-up. This allows for shared and transparent management.

Can we import all of our existing files?

We take care of importing your files and documents into the system after careful human verification.

Is it secure? Where are the data stored?

All data is hosted on a dedicated, secure server in France.

Is the module suitable for SMEs?

Yes. Our tool is specially designed for SMEs: importers, manufacturers with factories, manufacturers without factories, distributors, engineering firms, etc. It has a simple interface, concrete use cases, and requires no technical training to use effectively.

What happens if the deadline is missed?

Alerts start 8 months before the renewal deadline to allow time to collect updated documents.

A document that has exceeded its deadline will be marked as “Expired” until it is updated.

In the case of an end-of-life product, you can request that tracking be disabled so as not to disrupt your document management.

Do I have to create my suppliers and products and save my documents myself on the platform?

No, we take care of proofreading and saving your documents.

You will receive your login details once everything is set up, allowing you to focus on managing your document library.

I'm not sure I have all the necessary documents. Do you check this?

When registering documents, we check their consistency with the information you have provided us (product reference, supplier reference, etc.).

Using the “Quickscan” option, we can also notify you of any missing documents and allow you to prioritize your collection work.

What should I do if I have questions about a case or a new regulatory development?

Our monitoring contracts include technical support hours to assist you with any questions you may have.
